Good things to know before joining

Do I need to live in Melbourne?
No - most of our sessions happen by video call, so you can join from anywhere in Australia.
How long is each program?
Programs run in six-week blocks, and you can renew, pause or stop at the end of any block.
What if life gets busy and I miss a session?
No worries - we reschedule one-to-one calls easily, and group sessions have a recap email so you stay in the loop.
